Looks like it is going to be President Obama

I watched the second Presidential debate yesterday. Now I am certain that the next President is going to be Sen. Obama.

I admire Sen. McCain but he is fighting a lost cause. Most of the electorate blames the current administration for the ongoing economic crisis. The charge of tax and spend is fuzzy because of the record spending during the first 6 years of Bush Administration and a Republican Congress.

It is time for the Republican Party to get back to its fundamental principles. The basic principles as outlined under "Contract with America" can be good starting point. The next Administration will be similar to the 4 years of Carter Administration but the problem is there is nobody like Gov. Reagan waiting in the wings.

Who is George Bush?

I heard the first debate on Friday between Sens. McCain and Obama. One thing that struck me odd throughout the debate was Sen. Obama referring to President Bush as George Bush. I am sure they are hundreds of George Bushes in this country, so which George Bush is he referring to. Sen. Obama rightfully refers to John McCain as Sen. McCain but it is only President Bush who gets special treatment from him.

I think some reporter should ask Sen. Obama for his reason for doing so.
